There are two types of membership available:

Approved Member

Companies applying for approved membership must provide evidence of their accreditation under one of the listed schemes.

Affiliated Member

Companies applying for affiliated membership do so on the understanding that their aim is to achieve, with NACB assistance, one of the approved schemes.

The Secretariat

The NACB represents the interests of catering butchers at meat industry meetings and lobbies government and other official bodies on foodservice issues. The secretariat is available for assistance with enquiries on a range of subjects and keeps members fully informed of developments affecting the sector.
